Neuro operates on a subscription-based model. Once a subscription plan is activated, payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund the current billing cycle.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of accidental double payment or proven technical issues preventing service access.
